A quick and tasty savoury brunch for saturdays / sundays. Enjoy this brunch which will keep you energised for the rest of the day.
Take a frying pan and lightly coat with cooking oil
On medium heat, place the chicken sausages on the pan. Cook for around 10-15mins by regularly turning them.
On medium heat, crack 2 eggs on to the pan with the sunny side up. Allow it to cook till the white is set.
Sprinkle some salt and chopped parsley over it and enjoy with white buns or wholemeal buns.
