Beansprouts, Cabbage Red pepper spaghetti

A healthy spaghetti with a mix of Beansprouts, Cabbage, Water Chestnut, Bamboo Shoot, Red Pepper, Carrot. You can also use the mix of crunchy vegetables which is available.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams spaghetti
  • crushed red chilli flakes as per your tolerance level
  • 320 grams of mix of Beansprouts,Cabbage, Water Chestnut, Bamboo Shoot, Red Pepper, Carrot. (use the mix of crunchy vegetables which is available)
  • salt as per your taste
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti following pack instructions.
  2. Drain and toss with olive oil.
  3. Microwave the crunchy vegetable mix for 3 mins on 900W. Alternatively stir fry the crunchy vegetables.
  4. Add salt, crushed red chilli flakes and the vegetables to the cooked spaghetti.

  5. Mix well and serve hot.
  6. If it seems a little dry, add a little more olive oil before serving.
